Weird, you are expected to bag your own to-go orders, but they also don't tell you this anywhere. Also, the tacos were very small, you need like 3-4 for a meal, which ends up around double the price of Chipotle.

Another review that I wish could be 5...I just ordered a pickup order from the Fuzzy's in Ankeny. The title of my review will be "Buyers Remorse". I think it was supposed to be a Fajita Chicken Burrito Bowl. You know how it is - your hangry, you order, you drive, you pickup and you go home to hopefully enjoy. Then you open it up, and it looks nothing like the picture, and it is like half the size you expected it to be... So $11.12 later and 20 minutes of hassle - I feel like I got a $4 or less value, and wasted my time and gas!My regrets are as follows: I should have taken a picture when I opened it. I should have called the shop to complain that the chicken was not only flavorless (not fajita) but it was was dry and the texture was rubbery. The avocado was browning so I tossed it in the garbage. The rice was not fully cooked, so it was chewy and had hard bits in it. My reality - is that I shouldn't have to call - it should be right every time. Especially at the cost they are charging. I don't have time to go back across town, not deal with details like this in a day. I just wanted it right. I didn't eat it all, well because I didn't see the point of wasting my calories. Bummer.

Amazing place to get some tacos! Very friendly staff, clean and a lot of variety of tacos. Check it out on Tuesday for a great deal. Tacos include cilantro, tomatoes onion and sour cream. Crazy good

This has been the worst experience at a Fuzzy’s I’ve had. The front guy seemed new and didn’t know what was going on which was fine but he didn’t go and find anyone to ask questions to so that was annoying we couldn’t get answers to our questions! The bartender Frank took awhile to make our drinks and had lost a couple of the tickets so we had to ask for our drinks to be made. There were 4 orders of Frozen margs and all were made on the rocks. Got home with the margs and poured into our own glasses from the to go bags and they definitely were not 16 oz cause bartender squeezed the top to make it look like the bag was full but definitely not full 16 oz. Kassidy was running around to expo, helping on bar, and helping on register which was helpful. Kitchen was running good though and got everything right so they kept this place from 0 stars for me. Good job kitchen, please for the love of God improve FOH

I was there Friday night and got three chicken nachos and 3 drinks and there was no tables clean and it wasn't even busy and I asked the lady by the window for a rag and she said, "I don't have time for that ask the register" and they were busy and she was extremely rude and when my order was ready she was very forceful handing me my food I almost dropped it!!!She was a skinny young lady with no name tag and dark hair.... no customer service apparently.... not going back here again!!!

I was very impressed! I have various ANA allergies; the woman who helped us was very good at answering questions about the foods. She was very friendly and patient while I figured out what I could eat. The food was delicious, and even my picky child ate most of her food. I had no problems with cross contamination; the food was as ordered. The atmosphere was fun! We enjoyed watching/listening to the employees have fun while working!

The young woman taking our order was nice and seemed at that point as very capable person. She placed the WRONG order to the cooks. Then an especially loud guy was taking his break at the bar yelling - did I say loudly? - to a fellow employee across the restaurant. My companion was completely finished eating her taco before I could get my order corrected. By the time we left the music was loud enough to send us flying out the door. It seemed the staff was having a party!
