Ordered through the app and my iced drink was made hot, went inside to ask them to correct it (which I hate doing #gen-z), and they were SO polite! The crew on 10/29/23 honestly made it worth it to come back inside! So kind, so reassuring, so sweet! Definitely a returning customer! :)
I love Caribou drinks & am so happy to have one in town! This location provides great drinks that are consistent with the drinks I’ve gotten from other brand locations.I love that they have a drive thru.
