This has to be the worst Pizza Hut ever. The Target Pizza Hut pizzas are way better and that’s saying a lot. We ordered breadsticks and they were not only soggy, but wet?!? Pizza came long after the predicted time from your website. The pan pizza was cold and not crispy and the stuffed crust was also lukewarm and over cooked. I love Pizza Hut but we’ve never had a good experience in Ankeny. After a few years we decided to give it another chance and it was still nasty!
So I guess I should have read the reviews first, so after ordering the email said 5:15 delivery well it's 6:00 and no pizza yet, called them at 5:40 and employee was absolutely worthless, she first couldn't find my order then asked for the last for digits of my social security number...what the hell, then she says I mean phone number....wow, I think your pizza is out for delivery she tells me, asked to speak to the manager, after a couple of minutes she comes back on the phone...read full review
Cashier was friendly but Worst pizza we've ever received. Dry and uneven topping placement. Looks as though some topping were placed after cooking. Used to love pizza hut as a kid and the difference in quality is horrific. Real pizza hut went under years ago.
