Very disappointed-the chicken Alfredo was tasteless and hardly any chicken. Same with spaghetti sauce. Couldn’t taste any spice. The meatball were good. Cheese garlic toast overcookedand dry. Sorry but Fazolis is better?

My wife and I loved getting pizza and pasta from here and we were at first excited when they reopened. I can understand them being super busy for their first Friday, but don’t lie to your customers about what’s happening with their order. A 45 minute order took two hours and each time I called to check I received a different story about what happened with my order. When it finally arrived (after 2 hours) the calzone was very underdone and they forgot my drink. Be honest with your customers don’t tell them it’s ready or on the way when you know it’s not.

We were so happy to hear Rosati’s had re-opened after months of waiting, and our usual ‘18” Rosati’s Monster’ Pizza we used to get is still fantastically made correctly!We do take a few toppings off and added extra cheese, double dough (in comments) and hot giardiniera. We ordered at 12:22PM and while it stated a half hour for pick up on the online order, we walked in around 1:13PM and it was just being boxed up, which was no issue. Quality of ingredients were fantastic. We appreciate a pizza more ‘well done’ baked over normal, which this was.Many thanks to the cook in the kitchen today who made this, it was everything we were hoping for today! Hands down, we will be back.

We did an online order tonight 9/22/2023 and we were told a half hour. We get there and we were told, it is in the oven even though it already should have been ready. We waited an additional 40 minutes for our pizza and dough bites. They didn’t even offer a refund, discount or anything to compensate for the super late order and just kept telling us “it’s coming soon”. Then we get home, the deep dish is not up to par on how Rosati’s used to be before they closed. Not crispy at all. Very disappointing. Not a good start for just reopening the pizza place. Just know if you go, the wait will most likely be longer for your pizza then you expect it to be. I hope this helps people out with timing your orders and the quality of the pizza.

Not sure how to review a place that can't fulfill an order. Ordered 2 pizzas and garlic bread online at 5:33. Email confirmation said it would be ready in 30 minutes! Walk up to the counter at 6:05 and they say my order will be a few more minures-no big deal. I wait until 6:35 to check again and I'm told it's just going in and Chicago style takes 25 minutes. At least she had the common courtesy to refund my order. I have no idea if it was actually going in at that time. Pretty sad because the pizza situation in this town is awful.

Well they opened up with new management still managed to mess up my order took it back because I wanted thin crust, they told me that that's just the way it is. If your a fan of thin crust don't order from here. SmhOrdered lasagna dinner, said it would be 15 minutes. Waited a whole hour just to tell me they were out of lasagna. Not the first bad experience with them. I'd strongly advise not to order here

The pizza had some really good flavor.We ordered a basic thin crust peperoni pizza and it was great. We will order again, It looked like they were training at the time and everyone was really friendly and wanting to impress. They did a great job!

I'm from Chicago, moved to Iowa 3 years ago. And if I could make 6 stars I would. BEST PIZZA EVER!!!! Caseys pizza is like cheap stoner food! And if you're from Rule Chicago area like me, this is one of very few places in Iowa that have beef sandwiches! <3 Thank you for making it to Ankeny!They got the taste of Chicago, too!, DEEP DISH!!! You best check this place out n grab a real pie for dinner
Ordered a pizza online and drove 20 minutes to pick it up. Got there as it said my order was ready online. They were closed yet accepting orders online. Have been trying to contact someone for a refund and no awnser the next day. Though the website says open. I would not reccomend them to anyone. Hopefully i get my money back.

We ordered two pizzas. One small deep dish and one medium thin crust. We received two deep dish pizzas...the medium one did not have the ingredients we ordered. We kept it because guests had already begun to eat before we became aware of the incorrect order and the delivery driver was ling gone. Both pizzas were good.

I really do enjoy the pizza but everytime I order from here it is delivered an hour or more later than they said. If they said 25 minutes it's going to be an hour and a half easy every time.

It's not good. crust is well awful. sauce is ok..too much mutz though. Think of matzah bread with cheese and sauce on it.. that said this is only about the pizza..did not try anything else..Service was good, friendly..its just really bad pizza
