3 recent online orders and everyone of them was wrong. The receipt they print off shows all the details of the order but I guess the staff can’t read?!? I only give it 3 stars because I love Subway in general.
Always impressed with our local subway in Ankeny. The store is always clean, and the workers are attentive and quick.Our kids’ favorite place to eat!This one is far better than others in the area!

Ordered for pickup, delivery and ate in 3 times over last 2 weeks. All 3 times yes including eating in there messed up some sort of the order. Wanted to see if it was certain employees or all employees that were messing up. Don't know on delivery but didn't get the cheese, veggies, and it wasn't toasted. I'll go to the northern Ankeny Subway from now on.
