“I had a great experience from the beginning to the end. I first called and explained that I was throwing a surprise party for my wife and I needed help. The young lady was nice and let me know when Amber would be working next and that she would be the best person to work with for this party. A few days later I met with Amber and she was fantastic. She helped me figure out which small desserts she thought my wife would like based on my responses to her leading questions. And she was patient with me when I didn't always know the answers. Once I told her the party size and my budget she really narrowed in. My wife is a foodie and loved the range of desserts. I'm very happy because my wife (and everyone else) enjoyed the desserts and I got brownie points which I'm always in need of. Thanks Small Town Pastry for making tasty treats and making it so easy.“

“We used Chad Cushman and his partner, Jason Gomez, to cater our Quad Cities wedding on September 12th. The food and service was phenomenal. We got so many comments that it was "the best wedding food I've ever had," and I agreed! We wanted something outside the box, and the food stations they created for us were beyond our expectations. The mac and cheese bar, corn pudding and mashed potatoes were unbelievable. Chad is very laid back and was sometimes slower to respond to emails, but the service he and his team provided on our wedding day was excellent. I highly recommend using Chad and Jason for catering, they delivered everything they promised and more, even during COVID-19.“

“My friends Ron and Sherry brought me here for a ribeye sandwich (only $7!) last Friday at lunch time. Holy Cow! (Literally!) The thinnest most tender steak, nicely seasoned and grilled on a charcoal grill, on a bun you can dress yourself in the store. Great idea and better execution. I wanted another one the next day! He also makes sausages and burgers. You just park on the street between 12 and 2 and walk up to the grill and order. Folks of all kinds are there and service is fast. On a nice day you can sit at one of the tables provided and enjoy the wonder that is this sandwich! I also noticed that they cater-- which would be a real good idea to please your guests.“

“I am pleased with how everything worked out with Debord Catering for my wedding that was 2 weeks ago. My husband knew Collin from the past and things were already hitting off from the start. I'm glad that we did business with this place because it was so reasonable with what we were looking for and needed! I'm also glad there was a variety to choose from, and that we were able to sample what we picked before making the final decision of what food we'd have at our venue. The staff was AMAZING at keeping things tidy and neat during our dinner time at the reception. Our food was packed away nicely and saved us from so much stress. I can't thank this place enough for all the efforts that made our day special!“
