Kierstin and Michelle just opened First Crossing a couple of weeks ago. First Crossing is a gluten free eatery in Downtown Burlington, Iowa! They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner! I had the egg bites with poppyseeds and cheese sauce and salsa. The coffee is good. They also serve espresso/lattes etc. I did not try bakery items but they looked delicious. Next time I will. First time here and I love it! The cold expresso carmal drink was delicious and they even put a expresso donut in it. The cake pops and expresso bombs are must trys! Will definitely be back!
