Loved this place the first time, but the second time was extremely disappointing. All of our steaks were butchered and cooked well done. Server was combative and made me pay for a steak I sent back. Was offered non-comparable concessions. Will never be back.

Food and drink were fantastic and reasonably priced. Showed up 15 minutes prior to reservation and enjoyed time in the bar drinking cocktails! My boyfriend and I plan to frequent now that we've been and can't wait to show our friends and family

WOW! Visiting from STL with family and went to special dinner at GOOD. The building is historic and beautiful. The inside is fun eclectic and says come enjoy time, food and friends with us. The food was amazing. We had Brussels sprouts, tonkatsu, green curry, chicken roulade and beignets. All were FANTASTIC. after dinner we spent the evening upstairs in the ball pot, playing games and enjoying a great evening. If you are remotely close to this area I highly suggest you make a reservation and treat yourself to a night at the Good.

Ingredients not balanced with very weird tastes added that shouldn’t be there and overstated, probably to cover up lacking of fresh products.Vegetarian options: Curry wasn’t a curry, but more like paella with some weird tastes that shouldn’t be there.Kid-friendliness: Kids meals were good.

It is sad to know the owners of this establishment, make a deal to have an event, and have the owner not respond to any calls, messages, or emails for weeks leading up to the event. Then, they messed up the date that was agreed upon and the week of the event moved the time two hours prior to the agreed upon time. They preceded to attempt to change the time again the day of the event back to the original time. They put us in a small side room when the agreement was for the entire first floor and seated other customer in the rooms of the first floor during the event. Also, they wouldn't allow us to set up anything prior to the event time. All of these things were an inconvenience but the worst thing is they changed us 4 times the agreed upon amount and kept the $250 deposit that was suppose to be returned upon payment. They will not respond to any form of communication and it has been 2 weeks. They lack integrity. I will not do business with them in any capacity again. It is sad that people are this greedy and lack integrity to maintain an agreement. The staff was nice and the Hors d'oeuvres were good but the integrity of the ownership has ruined any chance of going again or suggesting it to anyone. Please consider what I have said and look for another place to do any events or spend your money. There are other places in the area that are more affordable, appreciate your business, and display more integrity.

We went there a few Saturday nights ago for dinner and had a very good time. BUT there were a few things lacking.in a great meal. My wife had a Wedge Salad, light on dressing and French Onion Soup which she enjoyed. I had Beef Wellington which was a little overcooked. I always give a "new-try" restaurant another visit in case it was a bad night. We'll try this one again.

This is such a fun/ neat place to go! Very, very unique spaces, I just absolutely love it! Checking out upstairs is an absolute must!!! Grab a drink and go upstairs and chill with friends in one of the many uniquely themed rooms!! And the outside patio is also very nice and cozy!

Oh my gosh! This place is FRICKING amazing. I’ve never ever found a small privately owned place that cared so much about their customers. My husband and I were looking for a place to have our anniversary dinner and were sadly disappointed by the Drake. We were on our way back to the bed-and-breakfast and found a small place. We walked in on were so pleasantly surprised with their food and drinks and service. Their food was absolutely amazing, the owner was more than accommodating! That dessert was phenomenal and the food was beyond what we expected. The drinks were the icing on the cake. I would travel over an hour and a half just to come here!!!!!!!! Amazing!

Y'all as a Texas boy from Austin, I have the opportunity to enjoy top notch food all the time - so the idea of trying curry in small town Midwest made me have my doubts. Good restaurant humbled me! Damn! That was some of the best green curry and this place goes to show, it's not about where you live, but about quality and care; and that is not dependent on geography! The service was good. Our server was attentive and seemed to have a good understanding of the products sold.The ambiance was second to none, but that might have been because I had the opportunity to sit outside, which is something we really can't do in Texas right now!

It is the best food in Southeastern Iowa. I try and go every time I'm in town, and take my daughter, or my daughter and my mother. The service is always on point, and the food is excellent. However, My only gripe is that every time I go in I want to order one thing, Beef Wellington, and while it is on the menu, it is never in. This last time, I went twice, the first time I ordered something else, but was assured that on Wednesday, the first day they were open the next week, the Beef Wellington would be available. I set up another reservation, went in, and was disheartened to find that it was once again not in. It's quite disheartening.Granted, I will continue to seek it out until I am no longer capable of doing so.
