TLDR: The gas station in the corner has way better chicken at a much better price...KFC has really gone down hill...The whole experience has been a consistent disaster the last couple of times.I usually hold negative reviews back, but I feel this one is warranted.The previous time they messed up the order and I only got eight pieces when I paid for 12, but I noticed when I got home and I let it slide.This time, I checked and the pieces not only looked old but most of them were super miniscule except for two pieces at the top.The manager took my payment and then someone else handed the order, so I pulled aside to check and when I saw the order, I came inside and asked if he could do something about it, and he said he could not exchange any part of it, I explained that the last time they had also messed up the order and that they were going to probably lose customers over things like this.And I only few times of my life I've seen the expression of someone care even less than the Managers one...

I ordered two chicken pot pies and a chicken sandwich. Both chicken pot pies were old and the chicken was a very dark color. When explained to management, was told to just stop by the next day when they were making fresh pies as if they were free!!!!

I made a large online order on Easter, and when I walked in, the whole staff was INCREDIBLY kind and reassuring that they were happy to receive the order and not inconveniencd. The manager was checking over the order and encouraging the staff positively - working along side his staff to ensure accuracy and provide support. Multiple team members offered to help me carry the bags to my car. When I got home, every single item down to our sauces was in the bag. The food was hot and delicious! We are so grateful for the whole staff being there on a holiday and making the experience so amazing. I hope regional management recognizes this location as providing exceptional service.

I just wanna shout out Gregg, Kyle, Ashley, Mike, and Heavenly for being absolutely amazing people! I was having an absolutely terrible day, to the point that I burst out in tears in the restaurant at the counter. Not only did several of them come and check on me, but Gregg came and told us jokes and he and Kyle had a whole conversation with us to cheer us up. Also, they were struggling because their truck hadn't come in. But they went above and beyond to serve us the best they could and even gave us a free cake for the inconvenience (and probably because I was crying). Each and every one of them is awesome! It's a drive-thru only location for KFC what more do you need to know? Foods usually pretty tasty but I was really just delivering an order through doordash and I picked up from the KFC

Don't go to this location. (Center point Rd)Every time I go here, something is wrong. This time I got an 8 piece meal. The gravy was brown water. It leaked inside the bag and onto my car seat. The chicken tasted like it only had about 4 of the 11 spices and the legs were dry.I'm going to Popeyes from now on.
