The service we had tonight was horrendous, both of the female bartenders were piss drunk by midnight. One of them had white residue on her nose. I highly do not recommend this place. never again will we ever go there.

A neighborhood bar if there ever was. Everyone knows everyone else. Menu items appeared to be awesome ideas but the execution just isn't worth it. Ordered the Rueben Rolls along with the Burnt Ends Mac & Cheese Sandwich on Jalapeño Cornbread. The Rueben Rolls had just a sliver of corned beef and a dash of sauerkraut in each. Fill those rolls up some and they're worth whatever you'd like to charge. Right now, just 90% fried roll. The Burnt Ends Mac n Cheese Sandwich had flavor there, just not nearly enough filling. Just like the rolls before, slab on the mac and ends, man. Skinny as it is, nothing fell out of it. Heck, wasn't even the Jalapeño Cornbread as advertised. Just toast. Plenty of tater tots, though. From now on, just beer, thank you.

This is the first time I have been to this restaurant. I ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich, got a few drinks. When I got the chicken sandwich it looked really good. As I was biting into it I noticed a good amount of pink so I did not each that part. I know it may not mean it is undercooked, but Salmonella would be more of a result at that point. I am not trying to scare anyone but I know what cooked through chicken looks like. While waiting the bartender was talking about how she may not make it much longer at this establishment and I thought to myself “great, why did I come here for lunch.” I would not suggest this place unless you are doing happy hour during the week. The bartender and cook did not seem like they wanted to be there.

This restaurant looks unassuming on the outside but the inside is modernized and comfortable with hoghtops, traditional and bar seating. Outside tables are also available. My mushroom Swiss burger was just right with plenty of hot crinkle cut fries. Burgers are cooked medium well as stated on the menu. Lots of fun options on the menu have me wanting to return. The waitress at lunch was really friendly and efficient. This place is a true gem 10 miles north of Interstate 80 just east off the I-380 corridor leading to Cedar Rapids.
