The fact that the small town of Clarion has a Chinese restaurant then finding out that it even has a buffet is shocking haha. The buffet was amazing, I felt like they hit all the key dishes and kept them warm. I would definitely go back for the buffet itself. I give it four stars cuz I did order Mongolian beef to go a month later, felt like it was very high volume of onions and little beef. Portion was large but wouldn't be ordering it again.
