Worst service ever..waitress was NOT friendly at all. Worst Margarita I've ever had...I asked for a original on the rocks and what was served looked like a watered down frozen and it had a funny look to it like a slurry of pineapple juice. Did not drink it. Bill was not itemized so I'm not sure what we even paid for. Food was not good and my husband got sick with in a half hour of eating. Will not be back!!

In my opinion it's as good as any in the area and better than most. Cindy had had beef tacos and loved them I had a lengua/tongue taco and a tripa/tripe taco and a bowl of shrimp soup and everything was excellent. I really had doubts if I'd like the tripe but I think it was the best I've ever had. No off putting or bitter taste what so ever. I'm definitely going back for more. Hats off to the cooks,wait staff and the owners. I highly recommend the tripa tacos or anything on the menu.Parking: I didn't count the spots but it appeared to be room for 30 cars or so.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome and the staff has their kids there alsoWheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheelchair accessible

I ordered two dinners to go... went straight home, ate and both my son and I got sick. The food smelled and tasted different. Won't ever eat there again. That's not the first time we've gotten sick... Just never as bad as this time.

Not sure what happened but their food has no flavor anymore (and no I don't have covid lol) tacos are all soggy and fell apart when I picked them up. Husbands taquitos are soggy instead of crispy. Just no.. ill order plates from ppl on the street and get the flavor and authenticity I wantUPDATE: Tried again today 2yrs later and tried the steak tacos. The steak isn't seasoned at all and the shells were thrown flat in the bottom of a container and all the toppings just thrown on top. Literally can't tell there's shells in there without digging through the whole thing. Husband got a burrito, chalupa, and enchilada which were all thrown together in a container all covered in red sauce with the toppings on top that I ordered to be inside and NO SEASONING. It was a soggy mess and all 3 things were Literally stuck together. We tried, twice, and won't be back unfortunately. PLEASE FIND FLAVOR and stop being afraid of using seasonings. There's not a single good Mexican restaurant in Clinton and it sucks!

I ordered 3 different items, burrito antelope to lupa. There were all shuffled in one container and very soggy unedible food had 0 flavor I want a refund of my $25 I ate as much as possible because I was starving but will never visit this location again I once frequent the sterling location but this location is bad really bad don't go here if you want authentic Mexican food this is no flavor wrapped in a soggy shell

The food is reasonably priced and quite tasty. I eat there often as a group and they keep up well. We have a large group of friends (20-40) who meet once a month and that night we had 32 people. We warned them weeks ahead that we had problem with staffing at most Mexican restaurant, and the manager and her husband listened to us.This restaurant andthe cousin restaurant in Rock Falls are the ONLY Mexican restaurants that were able to get out orders out and not miss any orders. We were amazed and our entire crew was able to be seated in the same area with a long center table and booths to the side. Thank you from the guy you see most often and the one who talked to you about doing this, and Tom who was your contact. You made this an AWESOMELY enjoyable night. We will be back!!!
