Why did I wait so long to try Mijitas? There are many items to choose from on their menu. I went with the Taco Salad which had a nice crispy shell, seasoned beef, different toppings, and sour cream/salsa/guacamole on the side. What I liked about the way they box the meals up is the little piece of wax or parchment paper to prevent the toppings from sticking to the lid. I ordered the chicken taco meal and let me tell you, it was the best tacos I have ever had. The rice and beans were excellent. The guacamole is great for the price and overall best mexican food in the area.

When we went there it was just one woman working and she was amazing. She took orders, made the food and was even answering questions for us. The place is a little small but the food was phenomenal and a decent price. My wife and I will be eating there again and I can't wait
