The drinks are great, but like most food service businesses its not always consistent. Drink was good but less than 2/3rds full, which tends to happen when they're busy, but It's always busy because its Starbucks!
I wish I could give this Starbucks 100/10. I have no clue what they are doing to staff the nicest people in the Des Moines metro, but their employees knock it out of the park every single day! This place always has a huge line in the morning, and I am always through the drive thru in under 10 minutes. This is the best Starbucks location that I have been to in and around the Des Moines area. The coffee never taste, burnt or bitter like a lot of Starbucks locations and they seem to have the ratios for milk/cream/sweetener perfected. The service is always on point as well.
