Tried going there today to find it’s closed due to lack of staff. Such a disappointment, I hope this isn’t permanent.

Traveling for work. Tried to order online. Online ordering was not available. Tried calling and the phone just rang and rang with no answer. It was open according to their own website. I guess they don't want my business. Very disappointing.

We did hear from the owner of Old Chicago and he genuinely wanted to hear our concerns and make things right. We will be trying them again in the near future and trust that this night we visited was just an off night for this business.

It cracks me up that everyone thinks old Chicago means Chicago style deep dish, the name old Chicago was selected because of a pinball machine, style of pizza had nothing to do with it, smh

Great chicken sandwich and the cheesecake was divine! We enjoyed our meal, though it was hard to hear each other over the music playing! We will eat hear again!

I am not sure who allowed you guys to use the word Chicago with this pizza but slap yourself. Not only is there thin crust not thin there was no sauce and the pizza was doughy!! 6 bucks for 2 to go fountain drinks times must really be tough. I’m sitting in the hospital with my child and all we wanted was some warm food and this was AWFUL.

Looked this place up online and it said they were open at 11am. We got there at 11:45am and the doors were locked. Tried calling them and no one answered the phone. They should probably update their hours of operation online.

Food was cold! Looked like the spaghetti was reheated in the microwave. Waitress was very inattentive and rude. Kitchen staff and other workers were all hanging out at the bar instead or attending to customers. Waitress did not check on me and my kiddos at all or ask us how the food tasted. I was told these were fresh vegetables. WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had!!

Stopped by after passing it on the way to Wig and Pen a few weeks ago. Far superior pizza! D was on the bar and provided excellent service. The GM was rocking the kitchen and came out to ask if we were enjoying our meal. We had the artichoke spinach dip with PATSTA chips and it was awesome! Created our own deep dish pie which was better than Wig and Pen. Great variety of beers on tap. We will be back!!!

Fast and friendly service. Pizza was excellent!!!The Wig and Pen used to be my favorite pizza place, but Old Chicago would give them a run for their money! We ordered the Scilian pepperoni pizza rolls and a large Chicago 7 thick crust pizza.

I waited for 30 minutes to get my pizza and there was no one in the restaurant. There was not great service. There was no air conditioning running. The food was mid.

If I could leave negative stars I would. We arrived at 6pm and didn’t get our drinks till about 30 mins later. All the beer were wrong. Food didn’t arrive till almost 8, and food was cold. Manager was wearing tie die shirt and looked like sweatpants so we didn’t know who was in charge. Restaurant was not busy (which now we see why). Some in our party never got waters, and boneless wings didn’t come out till around 8:15. Our waiter was extremely nice and tried his best but this was an absolutely horrible experience. Old Chicago is usually a favorite of ours but we will never be back.

Calzone was good. Salad just average. They were short on help so service was extremely slow. Staff were trying to do the best they could.
