We wanted somewhere other than our usual for lunch and it had been 7 or 8 years since coming here. Much had changed with the addition of new tech; no more writing your order. The kiosks were easy to use but I missed some of the add-on condiments for my sandwich. The restaurant was conveniently located near our hotel, and since the one near us in suburban Indianapolis had closed a few years ago (and we missed it), we decided to stop here before leaving town on the Sunday after we'd been in Coralville for a weekend event.The biggest change we noticed was that self-service screens have replaced the write-on sandwich bags for ordering. Ordered a sandwich and fries. Only one employee is running the whole location, but they are polite. When my order was ready, I had to point out they did not make my fries. The employee triple checked my order, saw that I did order fries, and told me they are on the way. Next I watched the employee put my fries in the fryer. About 2 mins later I was given the fries, completely raw inside.I don't want to blame the employee for their mistake, but this was a very poor experience....read full review
