The food was awful. My kiddos Mac n cheese had split. It was hard and congealed. She couldn't eat it. The wings were all fat. The fried chicken sandwich was literally gray in color and I was only able to take 1 bite. I knew there was a reason why we hadn't been here in years. It all came back like a horrible film. 80 dollars for inedible food. Absolutely disgusting.

I was Happy with the service from the to go staff but my order was not accurate, I should not expect much from bww. You gotta baby sit the cooks. I ordered 20/20 and the boneless had two flavors,but I only got one. Traditional only had 13 wings, not 20. And they were so cooked it was hard to eat, And hardly any meat. One of the worst cuts. On top of that the fries were trash. I don't know why I expected much more, but for $56 worth of food I wish I at least got all the wings I paid for.

Absolutely trash whole family was done eating before my food showed up. Everyone’s food was shriveled up and dry. Waitress was horrible hardly showed up to our table. Everyone had to sit with empty glasses for extended period of time before she showed back up. Would not recommend.
