It appeared to be understaffed. Took a bit waiting in the drive thru and had to confirm which order was ours a couple times. We ordered the halfsies for half fries/half onion rings. They definitely were not halfsies.

No wonder why your short staff look at the way you treat your customers I go there through drive-thru to order and I tell the woman to hold on one moment so I can look at the screen and she's rushing me to order not even trying to find options for their customers they persist on rushing..God forbid I would hate to see how you treat your staff...
