Over the years bk has just gone down hill getting rid of microwaves was a big no no it is the only thing to make there burgers hot to melt the cheese and somewhat tasty they have jacked up there prices now to a point that they have duh a hole and they just keep digging deeper there is a reason why people don't go to bk anymore and that was prob 2 of the biggest ones stated above
This wasa game changer,I needed help with my app,and they did an awesome job on helping me figure it out. And another employee, had my order fixed and ready while the evening manager fixed my appt. Great team work.

It appeared to be understaffed. Took a bit waiting in the drive thru and had to confirm which order was ours a couple times. We ordered the halfsies for half fries/half onion rings. They definitely were not halfsies.
