I feel like the fries could be cooked a minute longer they're usually not very crispy and when raising Cane's first came to council bluffs the bread was more buttery now it just tastes like they freed the bread with no butter other than that the chicken is usually cooked pretty good

They tend to forget our sauces quite often but that's no biggie. Service is great and food is always hot and fresh! No complaints!
Our family ordered chicken fingers for our family reunion held on March 23rd.After I picked them up, and opened them, I was very disappointed. It appeared they used scrapes/pieces, NOT the thick/fat fingers you get at the drive thru, or on premises. I was embarrassed for them that they would send such poor quality for a large group of people.

Rude customer service, order incorrect, was told that I said something I never once said. Who orders canes without fries ???? Not me. They won't give us a refund and they made us drive back with the order they made to take the food and remake it. Then said "yeah whatever" when handed the food. Ridiculous ? I work in food service and would NEVER TREAT A CUSTOMER LIKE THAT !

Very good chicken. Not too much breading on the chicken fingers. They could cook the fries a bit more. They are pretty soft.

I walked in from the parking lot into a clean cozy restaurant. After placing my order from the easy menu choices my food was handed to me as soon as I filled my drink cup. The servers who completed my order had a friendly attitude.Parking: Easy park and dine.
