Things have greatly improved here. The food and the waitress was amazing. She did a wonderful job. She was so good at it she got to do the hostess job for her as well and tell her every time someone walked in because something was way more important for the hostest several times over, but the waitress was so good it did not bother us. Besides reading previous comments the hostest is an issue and it continues. Please do something before you lose an amazing waitress

Village Inn pies are always good, they did a great job on Veggie omelet with egg whites, but they "did not have" real butter for toast. Service has... however been slow, terribly weak - turns out they were short staffed at lunchtime today. I drive past this recently remodeled, clean restaurant 4, 5, or six days a week. If you're just looking for a place to sit down, relax, converse this could be the place. If you've things To DO don't stop here. I'll make sure to eat breakfast elsewhere - and keep driving past!.

Filthy restrooms, omg. The food is good, just good. The pies are where it gets better. The staff is USUALLY very nice, with the occasional less enthusiastic person (but we all have off days).

The last couple times we have stopped in, we had to either walk back by kitchen area to have someone seat us, or the last time a waitress stopped what she was doing to seat us. They have a hostess, but never seems to be around. We stop around 4:00.The meals are cool when you get them or the waitress forgets to get your salad to you before hot meal comes out or they have forgotten toast with your breakfast. Very frustrating with prices they charge.

I didn't like the omelet, it was made with scrambled eggs! The sauce that was supposed to be over the omelet, I asked to be on the side and was charged a dollar for it, that was not appreciated!

Slipped for a quick meal and coffee before heading home and wasn't disappointed. Server was awesome not just for my party, but all her tables. Food was delivered hot and promptly. I also used their app to take a free piece of pie.Parking: Plenty of spots in east and south side of the building with many handicapped option by entrance
