Village Inn pies are always good, they did a great job on Veggie omelet with egg whites, but they "did not have" real butter for toast. Service has... however been slow, terribly weak - turns out they were short staffed at lunchtime today. I drive past this recently remodeled, clean restaurant 4, 5, or six days a week. Filthy restrooms, omg. The food is good, just good. The pies are where it gets better. The staff is USUALLY very nice, with the occasional less enthusiastic person (but we all have off days).

Things have greatly improved here. The food and the waitress was amazing. She did a wonderful job. She was so good at it she got to do the hostess job for her as well and tell her every time someone walked in because something was way more important for the hostest several times over, but the waitress was so good it did not bother us. Besides reading previous comments the hostest is an issue and it continues. Please do something before you lose an amazing waitress
