I finally stopped by Bayside Bistro in Rock Island and my only regret is that it took me so long. I had the grilled shrimp po’boy and it was absolutely delicious. The shrimp were big and perfectly cooked. The bread was fresh and the sauce was tangy. I can’t wait to go back and try something else.

SUPER CUTE!!! And food was super delicious! Was on a road trip back to the east coast and stopped through to pick up breakfast. Town is scenic, this place is so lovely and spacious. Tish, the owner, is super welcoming and helpful. I ordered the breakfast bowl (eggs, potatoes, sourdough bread, and bacon) with the Dancing Berry smoothie). Yuuuuuuuuuuuuum! Out bumming in Iowa and decided to eat lunch. The area had many restaurants and bars to choose from, but we thought we liked the sound of "Bistro". What an excellent choice we made!! We were totally impressed with the Po' Boy and Meaty Beach! The bread for the sandwiches were amazing and such a great compliment to the sandwiches!
