First time ever visiting quality sandwiches a little slow on the service but everything else was good

Completely received the wrong order gave my name he insisted I was someone else gave me a order that was placed at 1 pm and not picked up by them I placed order at 430 got the other order wanted my order fixed and properly taken care and would do anything so when I called store no answer the worst place ever bread was soggy and cold after getting my order finally fixed the order that was originally ordeee was rebagged and handed to me the worst costumer service ever

I tried this place for the first time tonight & it won't be the last. Ordered online & it was ready within a couple of minutes of the specified time. The sub was larger and better than I expected. ?

I was the only person with an active order when I placed it. I waited 20 minutes for a Cuban. They didn't even toast the bread.Service was inefficient and not very pleasant.Sandwich was ok.Sad to say I won't return to this establishment.

Food is delicious and worth trying. The service is absolutely terrible though. I ordered online, went through the drive through to pick up my order hoping it would save me some time since they usually take 45 minutes to make my 2 sandwiches and was sitting there for 10 minutes while all 3 employees just stood inside and starred at me. So I had to end up coming inside and my order wasnt even started yet. It took an HOUR for my order to be ready after I initially ordered. The place wasnt even busy, there was 2 people inside.

The staff was trying their best to get the sandwiches out as quickly as they could. Most businesses are super short staffed and struggling right now. I would like to acknowledge how nice the service was and how hard they were trying and my sandwich was great! When I walked in I noticed several patrons without food in front of them so it was obvious that everyone must have come in at once. The pop machine was having issues with CO2 in the middle of lunch rush. There were only two people making sandwiches while I was there. Regardless of the struggles, they really stayed positive and stepped up and it was worth the wait!

Service is horrible at this place. Ordered two subs and it took more than 25 minutes to get them although we were the only customers there. When the subs were finally ready the order was wrong. The bread was not what we wanted. When I told the worker about it, it was like nothing had happened. They said bring the sandwiches back and we will switch the bread. But at that point we had waited so long for our food that we ate our sandwiches. Add to that the fact that their sandwiches are overpriced.
Small subs for the money. Yes, they're hot subs, but waiting in line and then seeing when you get it is just a little disappointing. I support money for first responders, but sandwiches aren' t all that for the money I'm afraid.

Pretty good but not quite Jersey Mike’s and definitely not Avenue Sub’s. However location is close and I will eat there again to try other subs

Order through their online website. It states they have delivery. Ordered. Called when I realized they did't have me put in my address. They said they dont have delivery even though it says it on the website. Asked for a refund. Still have not gotten it
