Hard to rate atmosphere in drive thru. The breakfast potato slices were great, the bacon and sausage with egg biscuits not as good. First time I had breakfast at Wendy. Much prefer lunch or dinner because of chili and burgers.
On 27 Mar about 4:45 pm I made an order to go at your 53rd st location. I black gentlemen that took my order did a very professional job in doing so. After the order, I observed him bagging a delivery order, ensuring it was complete and accurate. Another couple walked in to order, and although he was busy, he took that second to let them know he be with them shortly. Excellent job! Please give him a “at-a-boy”. I don't frequent this particular Wendy's very often, but I went to this location today for 2 reasons: 1) to get a Cobb salad for my wife, and 2) to get the corporate office phone number to complain about the West Locust Street location.Joy, the cashier, was very nice and was very attentive when I asked to speak to the manager.
