So I went to Wendy's at around 11:30pm so not to late but they close at midnight and I'm sitting in the drive thru waiting eventually another car pulls up and he also tries we tried for a while but the worker seemed to be sort of rude and had an attitude when we were at the window stating they were closed at 11:39 instead of midnight eventually more cars pulled up and got the same treatment unfortunately if you say your open till midnight you should stay open till midnight I ended up going to McDonald's and McDonald's actually gave me some free food since they were closing I got a large smoothie instead of medium and three pies instead of two I was very upset with Wendy's as I really liked going to this location but I might change that now

OMG put someone faster on the register PLEASE !!! Standing in line for 20 minutes is insane, especially when you are the 3rd person in line....everyone else behind the counter just stood around and watched while the line got longer...

Unfortunately I will not return to this location for several reasons. Two of them are serious. The first reason is because I personally know one of the workers is covered in bed bugs and will not risk taking one of those home to my family, and the fact she is allowed to work around food is just plain disgusting. The second reason is, the chicken nuggets that were ordered were still frozen when I received them. I refuse to go back to get new ones because of the issues stated above.

I don't frequent this particular Wendy's very often, but I went to this location today for 2 reasons: 1) to get a Cobb salad for my wife, and 2) to get the corporate office phone number to complain about the West Locust Street location.Joy, the cashier, was very nice and was very attentive when I asked to speak to the manager. I assured her she wasn't in any trouble. Virginia, the store manager, was very helpful, very courteous, and apologetic for the other Wendy's location rudeness and lack of customer service. Virginia and Joy are good examples on how customer service should be. Thank you Virginia and Joy!!

Hard to rate atmosphere in drive thru. The breakfast potato slices were great, the bacon and sausage with egg biscuits not as good. First time I had breakfast at Wendy. Much prefer lunch or dinner because of chili and burgers.
