Really love the place! Gabe especially brings a lot of cheer to a quaint but upscale lounge. A place that takes itself seriously enough to appreciate craftsmanship, but not a stiff shirt.
This place is a lot of fun. My friend and I wound up here on Saturday, looking for some nice whiskey. 503 has a very classy interior and an incredible drink selection. The cocktails are carefully crafted using largely ingredients that were made in-house (including the cherries, which are delicious!). My wife and I had a great experience. It was evident that the cocktails were made by someone who takes pride in their craft. The service was exceptional. Laid back and easy-going atmosphere for 5pm on a Friday. We didn’t try any of the small plates, but they looked good as they came out of the kitchen.
