I had multiple tours here and Angela was so resourceful, friendly and patient. I'm still deciding between this and another place but from my tours which were rather thorough thanks to Angela this place definitely has a good price/value unlike many places in downtown. If you are looking for an apartment in Des Moines--look no further!! The manager and staff are the best I have worked with: caring, considerate, and VERY professional. The building is gorgeous and always kept immaculate. The apartments are beautiful and spacious with numerous amenities for a downtown community! If my career ever brings me back to DSM, I know I will be calling Angela!

Clean organized place the few times that I’ve been here the staff has been kind to me there’s a good selection of snack and drinks as well as meals for a pretty small store/gas station they do a good job of keeping it open while providing a good clean selection
