Came in for lunch this past Sat at 11:55 am. I get 1 hr for lunch I walked in and was greeted with a sign that said "please seat yourself" the waitress and I made eye contact as I literally walked right by her as she was waiting a table. I took a booth and waited, 5 min, 10 min goes by as I watch others being waited on. It was almost like I didnt exist, after waiting 15 min, I walked out the door. Doubt i'll ever go back. Definately wont attempt to have lunch there I hear the pizza is great. But I will never know.

Terrible. They use spaghetti sauce instead of pizza sauce. Their lettuce is wilty. Their catering is sub par & over priced. And if I wanted dog food on my pizza I'd go to PetCo.

We have enjoyed F&Os for many years love the pasta, deep dish pizza, onion rings and have had great service. On a recent trip I couldn’t help but notice how filthy the front of house was. Went in to the bathrooms and same story, filthy. If the front of house looks that bad, how bad is the kitchen?

No compensation for "their" confusion.The deep dish pizza crust was dense, not light like bread. Never had "chicago style" pizza until now, and if this is what it's like. My family comes here at least 2 times a week, best pizza and wing place hands down.
4/5- Food quality was great, food temperature was inconsistent across my lunch party. (Friend ordered a pizza that was cold, my fiance's and my food was hot. Fries were cold and bland. 1/5- Service was abysmal. Other than the initial order interaction, drinks were not refilled, had to ask for the check after 5 mins of waiting for server to come around. Never got the salad to go we ordered, although we still paid for it because we couldn't wait around any longer. 3/5 - It was ok, fairly clean. Kind of dark like a bar.

Literally stopped ordering from there after 30 years. They have gone wayyyy downhill as far as food and service is legit horrendous. I never complain but this place goes way back .

The pizza was pretty good. We had deep dish sausage. I loved the crust! The sauce was a bit in the acidic side for me.The service was really good!The atmosphere was fine, but it the front has a weird office when you walk in. The parking isn’t very clear - hobby lobby lot vs street parking off to the side. They could improve by getting more comfortable chairs, repainting (especially in the event room) and hiding TV cords. It was very nice that they let us use that back room for a small group & we overall had a nice experience.Parking: The parking is awkward and not clear. Some parked in the hobby lobby lot and others parked parallel along the side street, which doesn’t have spaces or signage. We weren’t sure if this was allowed.

First impression, the front desk ladies are gems. The food here is AMAZING and the owner and his daughter are sweethearts. They make all their food from scratch and it's just like the commercials when you pull the slice. Flavorful, and filling. the restaurant is clean and a chill place to relax and eat. I got half chicken fajita half cheeseburger deep dish, 10/10. Will attempt to try everything before going bankrupt? (they have a large menu!!)
