Place is filthy. I placed a online order and there was no place to say NO LETTUCE. So I called. And called again. Called one more time as I walked into this filthy store. Phone was ringing but the employees told me they don't answer the phone. Managers job. Where's the manager? Not here. So no one answers? That's right. This store should be looked at by the health department and whoever might own it. Won't be back. I can drive to another location.

I am an Uber Uber driver, and when I went to pick up an order, I had to wait a long time to get any worker. I noticed that there was one worker on the phone who was very mad at a different Uber driver that had a customer complain. So when she finally got off the phone, I asked her if there was an order For my customers name, she then got extremely angry and said that apparently I was the seventh driver to try to pick that order up. I said I didn’t know, but I can go ahead and contact Uber about this. Then she got very angry and said that it was my problem that I needed to call Uber. I told her that I understood and that I go ahead and contact Uber but whoever that lady was at firehouse was extremely hostile for no reason when there was a mistake that needed to be resolved and she got angry at the wrong people. Maybe she just needs the day off, I don’t know. But if this review gets back to her, I wish I would’ve gotten her name when I left. Because you don’t treat people that way. If you got issues in your own life, don’t take it out on other people.

I come here all the time but unless the manager is there . Then no one wants to answer the phone. I called 3 times on my way there and once more after my order just to see what the deal was. These ppl literally let it ring. Fully staffed and all. My receipt says my host is Charlee. I'm currently in the lobby. So hopefully they can Crack down on these ppl to get them to answer. My dog is outside in a cold car because I couldn't place my order on my way because they are just not answering the phone. I round up and donate EVERY TIME. So disappointing ?

Sandwich was amazing however paying $4.59 for combo and not getting the drinks in my Uber eats order is like paying $9 for two bags of chips. Disappointed to say the least.... I wouldn't even write this review if the sticker on the bag didn't claim the order was double checked for accuracy.... Which it wasnt....

This place is okay. Their food is okay as well. I'm not usually that person who likes to leave reviews, but this place kind of sucks. Their time says that they close at 9 pm, but whenever I go at 8, they are already closed. At least update the damn time or lock the door at 8 or something.

I don’t normally have a problem with this location. However, tonight I walked in to order, there was a sign on the door saying “online only” I figured I could just order inside and wait no problem. The very first thing said to me was a guy behind the counter yelling “online only!” I told him that o had just seen the sign and knew, then asked if I could order online and wait. His eyes couldn’t go back in his head far enough and he said in the upmost rude tone “suuurrreee” I can understand the online only thing but that kind of reaction was uncalled for and made me feel like I was a inconvenience to the place. I will not be returning to this location.

The front door was inoperable for some reason. There was a handwritten sign saying to use the back door. Inside of the restaurant was very smoky. I find it oddly quiet. No tv or radio. Tables were dirty. This was at 6 PM business was not very busy so it doesn't seem like there Employee and either another employee or owner was sitting at one of the tables in the dining area what what appeared to be other family members eating. The glass on the windows and doors were crazy dirty. Clearly a portly managed location compared to the others. But despite all of these odd findings the sandwich was still delicious!
