Hardee's in Des Moines

“So was here getting two of the 4.99 double cheeseburgers. I ordered them without pickles or mustard but asked for Swiss instead of American. The guy on PA said sure no problem.
Got to window paid went to check my food unfortunately had pickles and mustard. My other half pukes after eating or even smelling pickles, and neither of us big mustard fans. But I digress anyway went back in and showed I'm guessing manager on duty. He apologized for the mistake, had them remade, making sure was right himself. Offered me a free drink, shake, fries, Frisco sandwich to which I politely said no, but he went above and beyond and still put coupons in my bag. Way to go fixing the issue.
Whoever owns this place we will be back unlike the Ankeny Hardee's which messed our orders up several times and never apologize, once even getting blamed for ordering wrong. Well my business goes to Clive from now on!“

“I was greeted immediately with a warm welcome as I entered the store. The cashier was friendly and processed my order with ease. While standing at the counter, I accidentally dropped a $10 bill without realizing it. The cashier found it and brought it straight to me. Acts like that may seem simple, but she came to me without hesitation, which speaks volumes about her character and the type of employees you hire. The wait staff was professional and efficient in serving up my order to go — paying attention to what I ordered and making sure my order was correct. After a short wait, my ordered was presented as ordered with some of the best seasoned curly fries. The aroma of the sandwich and fries delivered a very calming and pleasant experience.“
