“I was greeted immediately with a warm welcome as I entered the store. The cashier was friendly and processed my order with ease. While standing at the counter, I accidentally dropped a $10 bill without realizing it. The cashier found it and brought it straight to me. Acts like that may seem simple, but she came to me without hesitation, which speaks volumes about her character and the type of employees you hire. “I just had one of the best fast food experiences ever, and it was entirely thanks to the incredible team working the drive-thru this morning. From the moment we pulled up to the speaker to the moment we drove off with our food, Victor and his coworker (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) had us laughing, smiling, and genuinely enjoying ourselves.
Their energy was amazing, funny, upbeat, and so naturally warm. They told jokes, kept the conversation light, and turned what is usually a quick, forgettable stop into something that truly set the tone for our whole day. It’s rare to see that level of customer service and hospitality anywhere, let alone at a fast food restaurant, and these two absolutely went above and beyond.
Victor and his teammate deserve a raise or some form of recognition for the way they brighten customers’ days. People like them are the reason customers return, not just for the food, but for the experience.
