I placed a catering order on 9/18 for 9/23. When we arrived at the store they had no knowledge of our order and we’re not prepared. We had to wait an additional 20 minutes. And then they informed us they were out of some items we asked for. The food tasted fine but the timing was our biggest issue.
Second trip to this drive thru in about a month, both times waited > 10 minutes at the speaker to get acknowledged. Didn't have bags either time so they just handed me a pile of food (not the worst tthing but annoying) and screwed up my order this time.

Super great service by the two people closing tonight. So many times I've hone into a place an hour before close and you can tell they are annoyed that you are there but the two people there were both so friendly.
