The Pancheros on ingersoll in Des Moines Iowa has lots of good tasting food. If it wasn't for the crew itself I probably wouldn't continue going there. The General Manager , I think his name is Devari Doss, acts very unprofessional and on multiple occasions I've seen and heard him curse at his crew. Loud enough for the customers to hear & frankly it disgusts me. That store used to be my favorite location, but In the past 6 to 8 months the GM and other staff have.seemed to downhill spiral, and I've also noticed a few of the better longer time employees, are no longer there. Definitely has changed my opinion of the store & I think the GM Devari, needs to go back to his younger years & learn some new manners and respect for his other staff and customers. I'll continue writing bad reviews until something is done . Thanks and good luck !!

I ordered food online for pick up they said it would be ready at 6:30 wasn’t ready when I got there I had to wait another 20 minutes, all they said was there’s no chicken.

If you're white don't eat here the Lack employee's give you half scoops of food and full attitude better off going somewhere

hands down the best panch location. Once I showed up early for my pick-up order but they made sure I got it. Best customer service, especially Justin and Kietta.

The food is ok chicken was definitely burnt! The service is the main thing the girl was working the grill got our order correct but the guy at the register did not want to get our salsa for our quesadillas. We sat down since they didn't give us sides or food and after 20min we went back up and the food was sitting in the counter and we had to still get our salsa. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place I'd choice any pacheros but this one! Definitely not worth what we paid.
I usually go to ankeny or Altoona when I’m the Des Moines area but I was close to this one and tried it out, I’ll be going out of my way to come here anytime I’m in Des Moines from now on! Cleanest Pancheros I’ve been in, customer service was awesome, and the food was excellent! Very satisfied!!

a nice man with dreads always makes this a nice experience for me!!! today he gave me the fresh tofu from the pan to my burrito instead of from the tray. it’s the little things :) thank u!

Stopped by this location for a late afternoon lunch but was greeted by an employee that was too preoccupied with cleaning the serving counter than helping me. I sat in the line for 5 minutes watching this employee scrape dried food particles stuck on the metal counter. Watching this for several minutes made my appetite vanish because I witness the particles flying everywhere, even into the food they serve to the customers. I quickly became disgusted and left. I will never be back to this location again. I advise you do the same.
