We opted for the all you can eat pasta and salad bar. It was nice to create your own pasta with red or white sauce, either penne or bowtie pasta, choice of meats, veggies, and a lot of other stuff. The chef at the cooking station will heat up everything together and plate it for you. I enjoyed the red sauce with Graziano sausage but it felt like a pasta that I could make at home. Decent food. Was serving a limited menu that day because of a large group having lunch at the hotel - but no real options to avoid eating meat on a lenten Friday except plain salad.

I have been here a couple of times and both the times on a Wednesday. They have a Pasta buffet going on every Wednesday which is pretty good. Considering the ambience and the price they charge, I find it attractive.
