I went in for my usual double espresso and earlier in day I lost my wallet but I always have dimes and quarters. I told the young lady about losing my wallet and I apologized for using dimes in advance. I asked her if she would mind if I paid in dimes. She just gave me a really dirty look and said "really your going to pay in dimes? Yes I said. Meanwhile everyone is staring at me I felt embarrassed and humiliated and will never go back there.

I ordered a slice of banana loaf bread. Customer after me received her order when i order before. If i wouldnt of never said anything i would stand be waiting after 10 minutes. Then I order begal and got OJ, stop false advertising on a bagel with a freshly OJ for $4.28 when it comes out the $4.98. Then starbuck manager walks off with Hyvee employee and black girl behind Starbuck counter with the glasses never got my bagel. But she made sure she got white order but never asked but ignored me knowing I order.

I really like this location. It's super clean. I go there often after working out for a non dairy chai. I prefer this store over the corporate stores. The environment is nice and well decorated. Everyone is friendly and my drinks and food are always good.
