I really like the food here, There is a variety of choices to pick from tacos, burritos, quesedias, tortas, lots of drink choices, I'm really impressed, with how fast they have my order ready..The prices are reasonable. The location is convenient, for the Lutheran Hospital Staff and patrons. it's easy to get in and out and there is ample parking, The people who run the " Taco Truck * are very nice.
This one turned out to be not my favorite taco truck in town, but the servers were all so nice and patient with my MIL, who had never had anything close to authentic Mexican food before. The torta was decent. The tamale was not my favorite--the ratios were off between the meat and the cornmeal (?) goo. I'd go back and try some tacos next time!

I loved the tacos, the included sauces mostly tasted good. I didn't prefer the flavor behind the hottest one, which was a little disappointing. Still 4 stars, for everything that did taste good, and for the fast and friendly service.
