I ordered a chicken sandwich with coleslaw and barbecue and what I got was a normal chicken sandwich with nothing on it. The second sandwich was suppose to be a barbecue chicken one and it was literally just the chicken no bun, no toppings nothing. Couldn’t even enjoy my dinner, technically it was a midnight snack because I ordered at 7 and got it at 9:30, was starving and still starving after my chicken patty.

The other night my family and I went in for dinner. Our server name was Emma, and let me tell you, she was absolutely amazing. From the moment she approached our table, her friendly demeanor and genuine smile. Not only did she take the time to patiently answer all of our questions about the menu, but she checked on us regularly without being overbearing and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a couple issues with the wings being a bit hard and not enough sauce although Emma fixed it right away. It's clear that she genuinely cares about ensuring her customers have a great time.

Ordered online and DoorDash had to wait 10 minutes after they got there for our kids burger. They forgot food, drinks were not right and some missing. Called to discuss with manager and I was on hold for over 22 minutes. Then my husband called and finally spoke with a manager. They sent our missing food but I feel horrible for the DoorDash driver who missed out on other orders for waiting at BWW and some food missing. Tipped the driver again to show our appreciation for BWW screwing up the order. Haven’t ate there in 2 years and we used gift cards to pay and will not eat there again unless we have to use up gift cards again.

Great food and service. But.. I had called ahead and was told that they were having the UFC PPV that night. Unfortunately, I found out after we got there that they were not having the fights and no longer do the UFC PPV's anymore..? The manager didn't think he could get the free 7PM prelims either, but someone did figure it out. We left after the prelims, and I caught the fights elsewhere.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. We had to repeatedly ask for napkins, forks, straws, and ketchup. Our server, Ella, seemed disinterested and inattentive, making us approach her multiple times for assistance and even had to ask another waiter for water. To add insult to injury, another table received free wings while we got overlooked. My burger arrived without sauce and well done, despite not being asked about my preferences. Overall, the service was subpar, and I won't be returning anytime soon.

BWW should stand for Big Whopping Wait because I’ve waited over an hour for my food every time I’ve been here. I seriously think this place is designed to test your patience.
I have came to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Dubuque too many times. Every single time I waited excessively long for food, doesn’t matter what day of the week or time of night. I only came tonight because I had a gift card. I ordered 20 boneless wings for me and my wife and a side of fries and it took over an hour to get food and the waitress checked on us once just to say “they are backed up in the kitchen” which seems to be the case every time.

Arrived before rest of party; greeted warmly and seated and ordered app. It arrived just as my group was arriving. Had to ask for plates to share nacho platter. Ordered burger, chicken sandwich and 30 wings and wedges. 4 diff sauces. Wedges came out before wings. Then sandwiches. Then wings: cool temp. Were not visibly marked/ separated. Found stickers under the sauce at the end of packing up leftovers, and not with correct wings. This will be a giveaway as to who we were: I had asked for a knife, once I got our servers attention, so I could cut the burger in half. The response was, we can’t just go get a knife and give it to you so I will find a butter knife. I was confused over that, told her I didn’t care where she got one but I needed to cut my granddaughters burger! Snitty attitude.They made it a triple and not the double as ordered. No refills. No added napkins. Asked for celery and fixings for wings, not there. FOUR ketchup bottles from area tables were empty. Finally found one that had some in it.For a meal that cost almost $85 before tip, this is unacceptable. Personally if I am paying for a meal, I won’t be back. And I did leave a message with the website already.Lot of good that will do

I ordered online Sunday evening. Placed order at 6:13. Online said it would be ready at 6:40. I arrived at 6:40 and gave my name. Place was busy so I figured I would have to wait. 20 minutes later still no food. Then a door dash person came in who knew a BWW worker. Worker shook his hand and whispered he would rush his food for him and even offered him a to go drink while he waited. I just stared at the BWW worker like really? Then his food order magically came out in the next 5 minutes. Mine finally came out at 7:15. That is an hour after ordering and 35 minutes of waiting in the store. When I got home I found parts of my order were not correct. Won’t be back for a long time. So frustrating to spend money to end up disappointed.

My husband was their trying to order and no one would take his order their staff was walking up and walking away (mind you he was already their for 15 minutes) when a crew member finally came she insisted of fixing the issue she decided to go back and forth with him on how he wasn’t their. Then proceeded to say she just got in so she didn’t know. Their customer service is awful and makes you not want to come back. I’m not sure if either their phones are not working or they just don’t want to answer but I could never get anyone to answer.
