The other night my family and I went in for dinner. Our server name was Emma, and let me tell you, she was absolutely amazing. From the moment she approached our table, her friendly demeanor and genuine smile. Not only did she take the time to patiently answer all of our questions about the menu, but she checked on us regularly without being overbearing and made sure we had everything we needed. Great food and service. But.. I had called ahead and was told that they were having the UFC PPV that night. Unfortunately, I found out after we got there that they were not having the fights and no longer do the UFC PPV's anymore..? The manager didn't think he could get the free 7PM prelims either, but someone did figure it out. We left after the prelims, and I caught the fights elsewhere.

The boneless wings have become very small. The forget a fair share of stuff that you order. The staff never has the order ready for pick up. Wait, times in the dining room are crazy long. The young man that's a manager is really great, though. He needs a raise. The other managers have been poor.
