If you’re a Doordasher, I HIGHLY recommend that you do not accept orders from this location. The lobby was closed on a Tuesday afternoon for no apparent reason, and the drive thru was a 30+ minute wait. While waiting at the window, I noticed that the reason it was taking so long to receive my order was because the worker was texting/playing on her phone. Not acceptable. Not only that, but they didn’t give me the customer’s drink. (It showed up in the dasher app as a food item, but on the receipt it showed up as a drink. They knew that the order included a drink, even though I didn’t.) So, I had to make a 15 minute drive BACK to this Taco Bell to demand the drink that they forgot. And even THAT took at least a 20 minute wait because no one was willing to acknowledge that I was there. HORRIBLE place to work with. My dasher rating decreased after this, and it was entirely their fault. DO NOT GO HERE.

Worst taco bell I've ever been to. Waited for over half an hour in the drive through on a Saturday afternoon, absolutely horrible rude service, had to explain what I wanted twice and they still screwed up my order. My advice is to avoid this one at all costs.

They have Terrible customer service. This is not a kid friendly environment. I walked in wanting to order and nobody said anything for 2 minutes. The music they were playing was so provocative I was sick.

One of the worst Taco Bell‘s I have ever been to when they open the drive-through window most times you smell nothing but weed. On the speaker here I’m laughing and saying many other things that I can’t put here. I am not sure how all the Taco Bell’s in Dubuque, Iowa stay open the company should shut them down.God bless

5 employees 0 of them wanted to do their job. Not only were they ignoring me, they were talking bad about me like I couldn't hear/see them. I hadn't placed an order yet and I was glad, I turned around and walked out. I'll never stop at this location again.

Seems like the lobby is always closed and the resturant os dark. When you do get to enter inappropriate music is play and employee attitudes are always awful. Today the lobby wasclosed again with little kids providing the info that you have to use the drive

Bathroom is disgusting, filthy and smells like deep fried dead animal! Dining room was covered in filth dust and dirt everywhere includ8ng on napkins and condiments. Whole building smells foul. Servers were decent other than refusing to physically take our order only giving us the option to use kiosk to order. I honestly nearly vomited from the overpowering smell in the restroom and will never return to this building again. If health inspector entered this building they would likely be shut down immediately! We were going to dine in but we decided to go elsewhere when we started realizing how disgusting the place was and canceled our order due to fear of getting violently sick if we ate their product!
