Unfortunately, the drive-thru was beyond slow. Atleast 30 minutes waiting, even with a mobile order placed. Came to find out the 2 employees who were working had never opened before, which the one was freshly new. So they were really struggling. Only 2 employees. Management needs a major flip-around. Felt pretty bad for the girl taking orders. She looked more than frazzled.
The food was fine when we got it. We ordered from the kiosk and had everything the way we wanted it. All they had to do was read the ticket. Yet they called us up twice to ask us questions about the order. I get wanting to make sure it is right, but make sure you know all your questions before calling me up. That's in itself is not the reason for 1 star, though. The lady wasn't the friendliest about it, and when I asked for our drink cups, I was given the response of "I thought...read full review

5 employees 0 of them wanted to do their job. Not only were they ignoring me, they were talking bad about me like I couldn't hear/see them. I hadn't placed an order yet and I was glad, I turned around and walked out. I'll never stop at this location again.
