We are having random ice cream spot adventures this summer. We stopped here on an Iowa road trip and are so glad we did! It is a still original retro walk up orders restaurant. We sat on the west side in what are probably the original bench tables. On the east side are new patio tables and shade umbrellas. The menu is huge and has some flavor combos I hadn't seen before. Ice cream and food is absolutely awesome. Just make sure your sitting down when they tell you the total bill. I got a mudslide, pulled pork and Mac n cheese bites $25 and change. Ya it's not an every day eat but a once a month or once a year treat for me. All outside.

Clean and cute shop. I love the litttle barn and the farm-friends animals (sculptures). Friendly and pro service. Amazing treats. I've only had ice cream, but I'll try food on the next visit. Try the King Kong... just trust me.
