“We've been coming here since it was Chu Chu donuts, and the new owners haven't missed a beat. Big fan of the dough and how the donut itself is so delicious! I've had donuts where the only redeeming quality was the toppings and the dough itself was lackluster, but Ambrosia does it right.Our favorites are the best claws, apple fritters, and cronuts.Such friendly owners and staff as well!“
“I was in the area for an appointment and wanted donuts, I searched near where I was headed I looked up reviews and all positive. I got half a dozen French Beignets. Which I thought were delicious tasted fried and fresh and coated in powder sugar ? I also got two Chocolate glazed Cronut (Croissant Donut) one was for me and my boyfriend. Let's just say they both ended up being mine. They were flaky and delicious as well. I had picked up a twisted long john covered in chocolate and fruity pebbles. I did not get a photo of that. But he enjoyed it.I would totally come back for the beignets and Cronuts.The customer service was friendly and fast. They also appeared to have a drive thru window. I would go early as they make things fresh daily for more of a variety of options.10/10“
“Stopped in at the Urbandale location today to place two separate orders both for 2 doz donuts. Not only were the ladies both helpful, but they're kind and generous. I'd been having a rough couple of weeks and both ladies paid me just a simple complement on my outfit. Little do they know that small act of kindness not only boosted my confidence, but they helped me see myself in a better light. Also the donuts are amazing, the location is spotlessly clean. Looking forward to stopping in again.“
“Hurts is one of our favorite donut chains, and the West Des Moines outlet our favorite stop inside the franchise. It's convenient to the interstate, surrounded by ample parking, and it's open 24 hours a day! We stopped twice on our most recent visit to the area, once late at night, and once in mid-afternoon. A long line at 11 PM, and all but deserted at 3 PM. Lots of choices, all well made and fresh at both times, and getting a sixth donut free with an order of five is (pardon the pun) icing on the cake. Service here is friendly, and that always enhances the experience. We recommend that you pay Hurts a visit.“

“Friendly and accommodating service. They allowed me to sample their coffee blends, which all taste great! I decided on an iced Kona blend. Loved the coffee ice cubes! Had their Mahalo sandwich without a bun, they offered to cut it up for easy consumption but I said that wasn't necessary. Wifi is available to be able to work remotely. Relaxing atmosphere to get tasks done. Great spot for a quick bite, a meet up spot, or just get away from the same day to day environment.Parking: Open parking within a strip mall area.“
“They have the best fruit teas in town. I love them sooooo much! I go there every week. They are my kryptonite lol. Zero percent sugar, poppings, and Green Jasmine fruit tea. Just delicious ?. And they have excellent customer service. Very kind, every time. Recommend this place one thousand percent!!!!!!! They have yummy Hong Kong waffles too. I love adding butcherscotch cookie chips to them. Soooo good.“
“We ordered in the drive through, and one of the drinks we wanted required a syrup that the store was out of. The employee incredibly politely said that they were out of it and than offered a replacement that would make the drink taste similar. Probably the best service I've had at a drive through in a long time, and they didn't even ask for a tip.“
“I LOVE Dunkin Donuts and get it when I can, but lately the service has been disappointing. The ONLY person I’ve observed doing any decent work is the red head girl Lily who takes my order every time, makes it, and gives it to me. No one else in this location seems to care as much or put in work of any quality near hers. I’d leave a 5 star review if I were just reviewing Lily, however the work I’ve observed being put in by others is just disappointing… it seems like they also rely on her to do just about everything.. Unfair! I hope that this changes soon or else I will not be coming anymore.“
