Good food and drink spot in Kalona! In the words of my friend: "There's a few restaurants and the brewery... the brewery is good." Upon arrival, we saw the place was nearly empty and requested a table a bit of distance away from others as one of our group members is immunosupressant. Excellent except they could use some blinds during mid day. The sun was very bright. The server was excellent and friendly. Definitely would go back, but maybe in the evening when the sun isn't coming straight in the south facing windows.

Went in after work, LOTS of people working , and lots of visiting. Sat 5 min without being addressed, got beer wasn’t asked if I wanted a menu. I finally asked for a menu, but bartender decided to make friends with people that came in 20 min after me. Had one beer and went across the street for food.
