“We had a great experience at Duck Creek Pancake House. Our server was a very friendly and attentive young man. He genuinely seemed to enjoy his job and was great at it! Our breakfast was ready super fast and everything about it was delicious and perfectly prepared.“

“We hadn't been in since Mickey's (previous name and owners) closed and decided to give it a go today. We were pleasantly surprised how open and airy it felt and a completely different look than Mickey's had. It was well lit and very clean. The servers were wonderful! Our drinks were constantly refilled, and not always by our server - any server walking by offered coffee, which I loved. Our meals were delicious and generous portions. I had the Hobo Skillet and had it with the country potatoes as opposed to hash browns. There was just enough potatoes, so as to not over take the dish. The amount of green peppers and onions was plentiful, as was the sausage. I opted for the pancakes as my side and was pleasantly surprised at the fluffiness and light, airy texture. (I'm not a pancake fan as a rule, but glad I ordered these. Although, one went home with us.) The cheese topping was wonderful - ooey and gooey and melty! And the over medium eggs were perfectly cooked. My husband ordered the ham and cheese omelet with cheddar as his cheese and he also commented on the amount of cheese and ham in his dish. We liked the option of fresh fruit as opposed to just potatoes. Dan said the fruit was very fresh. My only "complaint" was that the coffee wasn't as strong as I like, but the flavor of it was fine. We were sorry we hadn't given this lovely little Cafe a try before now.Parking: Asphalt lot with no pot holes and we'll tended. The parking is ample for the size of the restaurant.“

“Awesome food, pricey for the area but worth it as a treat. Even on a busy weekend with a small wait to be seated we still managed to be in and out within an hour. Service is slow (taking orders and getting drinks) but food comes out fast once ordered.“

“Excellent spot for breakfast and brunch. Pancakes were delicious, light and fluffy. Biscuits and gravy were good, but the gravy was a little under seasoned. Southern potatoes were an excellent version of the traditional hash browns!Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian optionsKid-friendliness: Very kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Excellent, restaurant is l on one level“

“The only reason I gave D'Lua 5 stars is because Google won't let me give them 10 stars. Whenever my wife and I have some free time to have breakfast together, we always go to the closest D'Lua location. Sometimes it's Moline, sometimes it's Bettendorf, sometimes it's downtown Davenport. But it's always D'Lua.“

“The food was okay. I can't see myself going out of my way to go there.Vegetarian options: A vegetable omelet is offered. Can't say how tired I am of going out to eat and having to get a vegetable skiĺet or omelet. Maybe a nice egg white sandwich with avocado, spinach, tomato and onion.“
“The staff is very friendly. Food was delivered hot or cold as it should be and expeditiously. The presentation was beautiful and appetizing. The senior specials, if you qualify, are very generous. (We did.) We definitely recommend and will definitely be back when we’re in the area, which we are fairly often.“

“The place was clean, the food was flavorful, and the service was quick and professional. They took care of us but didn't constantly intrude, letting us have our conversation. I hate public spaces, but I'd be willing to return there from time to time.“

“Really love this place, great service and the food is also excellent. My favorite there is the blueberry pancakes they are thin and full of blueberries. Also the blueberries are cooked in to the batter not that trash where they just pour a bunch of blueberry sauce on top.“
