I am a meat enthusiast and experienced meat smoker. I’ve traveled Texas and had some of the best if not the best bbq in the country, most recently Goldees in Ft worth. Watcha smokin doesn’t quite hit Goldees level, but it’s close! Which says a lot. Very good food, the bartender was pleasant and helped me order. She sent me home with an Iowa Twinkie. Update If you take a twinkle to go. Microwave 30 sec and airfry for 3 minutes was perfect the next day. Heaven!

Our company hosted a catered lunch for all employees and chose Whatcha Smokin'. The food was warm, fresh and tasted great! John did a great job with both setting up and tearing down, leaving the area spotless. We fed over 65 people today with plenty of food to spare.
