The 3 young ladies were working hard! It felt like they were a little understaffed. Line was long, clean environment, friendly faces, and over all my 4 star rating, could had been 5 if it wasn't due to the person handling money and used the same glove to make food. Money has many germs and this may had seemed like a good idea at the time but it wasn't. I hope in future you could change out your gloves and have extra staffing as needed. I gave this DQ a 4 star over 3 years ago. I am now editing it to 2 stars. We've been here a few times to get blizzards in the past few months. Not once were they completely blended. It's like they put your topping on the ice cream and blend it into the top 3rd of the cup. The bottom ⅔ is just plain vanilla. Bring it to about 2 weeks ago and we went specifically to get the Pumpkin Pie Blizzard, as it was something we used to always get with my grandma... Save yourself the money!!...read full review

I first came to this location for lunch while working in Marshalltown and have been there a couple of dozen times now over the past couple of years. They have excellent service and their quality is higher then I’ve seen anywhere.
