We had the pleasure of stopping in on Saturday for probably one of the best nights I've had in an establishment in a really long time. We were greeted upon walking in and were made to feel at home from the beginning. This was our first visit and definitely will not be our last when we are in town to visit. We love this place! So lucky to have it in Marshalltown! We recently went to a well known cheese establishment in Des Moines and we feel the cheese boards at Tannin are even better than their's. We had a nice time in a quiet environment then trivia started and it picked up. Next time I'm staying for trivia!!! (But also enjoy somewhere quiet enough two people can have a conversation without yelling). Thank you Tannin!!

An amazing spot for yummy food and good vibes. The cookies are to die for, and the boards are always adorable! There is always a live band when we go, and the owners are the best! We look forward to going back all the time? Ohh and the champagne Volleraux is MY FAVORITE, cannot forget that ???
