This Burger King in Mason City is the worst customer service. I have ever had every single day. I sit in the drive through for at least 15 minutes. Not being helped when there's no cars in the drive through and no people in the lobby. They're always short staff. They make people way way way too long to be a fast food restaurant. I do not expect anybody to go to this burger, king

That's freaking terrible service dude I try to get it or something but they say I can't order it even though it's on the menu guy is an idiot dude and I'll never go back there again. That was my favorite restaurant too for me never go back there again.
We have been sitting through the drive thru for a half hour. Waited to order now waiting to pay. We have watched the manager take a smoke break, go to the office, and then walk by eating. Never coming here again. Can't pay to get our food, couldn't order our food, and now it's probably getting cold. Thanks Burger
