Stopped in for a quick drink and appetizer today, and had an unexpectedly amazing time!Rosa was our bartender and made a fantastic margarita and blue lagoon mixed drinks for us, and gave excellent recommendations for tequila to try after our appetizers. Their house strawberry tequila is to die for!
Mind you, I don't expect anything like an authentic Mexican taqueria in Mason City, Iowa. Maybe that's wrong of me. But I didn't expect a really top notch experience, so I was pleasantly surprised.The day we had lunch there was a big festival going on downtown, the kitchen was running out of food, and the lone waitress was slammed.
