Literally pulled up to a paper hand wrote sign saying drive thru speaker doesn't work. There was a line. Waited 20 min never made it to the window. I decided to leave in on a lunch break and can't wait for them to get it together. It's sandwiches how can it be that backed up? SMH first and last time with this location.

Waited 2 hours for them to deliver and never showed up. Called and asked what happened and told that the lady just got there and had multiple deliveries to do. I was fine with that but 40 minutes later still nothing and it was about to be closing time so I canceled. Don't waste money here.

All this time I thought “freaky fast” meant very fast. As it turns out, “freaky” means ‘not even remotely’. You’ll get your food faster at a sit-down restaurant. It tastes good, though.

I was at this Jimmy John’s today with my celiac daughter. They were incredibly busy and had several multi-Sandwhich orders ahead of us. We asked them to change gloves for my daughters gluten free order and they still did everything in protocol even though they were in a rush. We really appreciate having a safe place for my daughter to eat in town.
